Software documentation is increasingly taking on more importance because of the growing global demand for software use in our daily lives. For users , software documentation helps to effectively set up and use the software, troubleshoot problems by themselves and make them satisfied when using the software. How can the user of software get things done today? Could gamification be the answer?

Many industry use gamification as a strategy to influence the behavior of their beneficiaries. The integration of design elements from games into software documentation can be promising to promote the learning in this field.
