Most people don't like to read, and they process images much faster than text. In an age of online documentation, infographics can help your audience to process information quickly and easily. We'll briefly look at the added value of infographics, explore the main infographic types (workflows, data flows, timelines, and conceptual), and provide tips and best practices for leveraging infographics in your documentation.

Biography

My goal is to produce customer-facing documentation that is easy to find and easy to understand. My repertoire includes designing document templates and infographics, structuring the information architecture for online documentation sites, and designing the UI and UX for online documentation.
