Iliana Kostova is an Information Architect for Cross-Product Solutions and Content Captain at Broadcom, with over 20 years of experience. Her expertise covers content strategy for IT software documentation including cross-publication design, visuals in technical content, DITA, use case writing, and user interface optimization.

Iliana has been involved in several projects on researching the trends in technical communication including AI use cases and guidance for running AI/ML workloads. She is working on the information architecture for a multi-product solution delivered as documentation and command-line modules. Iliana is also working on on-boarding content as part of user interface.
