Amy O’Callaghan joined TÜV Rheinland in 2020 as Global Certification Development Manager. She is responsible for developing certification exams for the global personnel certification programmes. She previously spent around 14 years working in various knowledge management roles in the IT sector, including positions as a technical writer, technical translator, and item developer.

Sheri Schaaf’s career as a technical communicator spans forty years including roles as a technical writer, technical editor, curriculum developer, item developer and instructional designer. Sheri is a Senior Instructional Designer for Workday, developing exams for consultant certifications.
Sheri Schaaf is a technical communicator and translator of technical jargon. Sheri has used her experience as a technical communicator for forty years to effectively translate technical information that makes sense to a non-technical audience. She has held various roles including technical writer, technical editor, curriculum developer, item developer and instructional designer. Sheri has been a part of several initiatives to improve how we use technology to provide services to learners. Sheri is currently a Senior Instructional Designer for Workday, developing exams.
