Lukas Reußner works at Bosch as a Technical Communication Engineer and Product/Service Manager. He studied Mechanical Engineering and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Technical Communication and Technical Writing. A major part of his work involves UX writing for a production planning and control software, helping to make complex systems more accessible and user-friendly by bringing crucial help and knowledge directly into the software’s user interface—not just in the user documentation.
