Petko Mikhailov is Senior Content Strategy Lead at PROS (an international B2B software developer) where he is in charge of the user documentation of the Bulgaria branch of the company. Petko has 20+ years of experience in the TC field and educational background in English language, general and computational linguistics, structured writing, and cryptography. He specializes in developer documentation with a focus on web-based APIs.
