Ekaterina Mitova, a member of tekom Bulgaria's initiative committee since 2020 and a senior user assistant developer at SAP, has a rich background in technical writing and teaching. Skilled in creating technical resources and chatbots, and utilizing Object-Oriented UX methodology, Ekaterina enjoys the technical writing profession. In her spare time, she enjoys doodling, photography, and learning about design and typography.
