Maryland Sara is an experienced technical writer and Improv Theater coach.
She is currently based in Dublin, Ireland, where she writes technical documentation at Google. She holds a Master's degree in Technical Communication and Localization from the University of Strasbourg in France and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from MSU-IIT in the Philippines. In 2020, she received her tekom Certificate in Technical Communication (Professional Level).
As an Improv Theater coach, Maryland has facilitated more than 80 workshops and orchestrated multiple shows with different Improv teams across Europe. She co-founded an Improv group in Munich (2017) and later co-founded the ImpAct Improv group in Dublin back in 2019.
She applies the skills she learned from Improv to her daily life and at work. Because of the many positive benefits of Improv, she also leads Improv Theater workshops at her workplace for her colleagues.
