AI technology reached a point in the recent months where it became useful in many real life scenarios. However, the AI generated content is not 100% accurate, which makes this technology difficult to deploy directly to end users. On the other hand, this is exactly what makes AI a good fit for technical writers, because technical writers can act as a moderator between the AI and the end users, utilizing it to increase their productivity while making sure the content that goes to end users is correct.

Oxygen AI Positron Assistant is a new plugin for Oxygen XML tools that brings AI technology to support technical writing workflows, connecting to the Open AI Chat GPT engine.
