Hi, I’m Pavel Gospodinov – a Product Designer focused on building scalable design systems and solving complex UX challenges. I help teams create structured, usable digital products that balance clarity, consistency, and business impact.
My background spans front-end development and graphic design, which gives me a strong foundation across both design and implementation. I previously founded a web services company, collaborating with clients across different industries and translating business needs into practical digital solutions.
Beyond product work, I’m passionate about mentoring designers and building high-performing teams. I also host the UX podcast UXPRESS, where I explore design processes, systems thinking, and the realities behind the craft.
Interestingly, my professional journey began as a LEGO Mindstorms robotics tutor, an experience that shaped my love for teaching, structured thinking, and helping others grow.
