We are sharing our first steps to make a homegrown RAG-based AI application work for us in the user documentation team at Festo: what the AI application does for us, how it looks and how we operate it. We will also talk about our insights along the way and the decisions we have taken, impact on other teams and their data, budget strategies and how the AI application can be used for internal marketing purposes. We will also touch on topics like learning concepts for our technical writers and semi-automatic user doc creation from SW code. And what about AI unplugged: What happens if your AI tool isn't available?
